Channel Partner Strategy—Motivate, Motivate, Motivate

http://i860.photobucket.com/albums/ab163/jenriri/j0431730355120133_std.jpg

I own a small startup company, and I can confidently say that a channel distribution network is an effective way to sell products and services and at the same time generate significant amount of revenue. It involves the committed and dedicated efforts of my channel partners, who play vital roles in the transportation of my company’s products down the pipeline to the end consumers. From my experience, I realized just how important it is to have a channel partner strategy to ensure the proper management of my affiliates so that they will willingly perform at their very best for the benefit all the members of the channel.

Partners are not employees of a parent company. They are individual businesses that have their own objectives and philosophy. This is important to take note of because this means that they will not sell some random product if there’s nothing in it for them. Manufacturers are therefore faced with the challenge of providing these affiliates with the support, incentives and information they need to become motivated to work for the channel optimally, and develop a certain degree of loyalty to the parent company.

And so, my greatest advice to all other companies out there who intend to utilize channel management as part of their business process is to motivate, motivate, motivate! Motivation can make all the difference in the world when it comes to channel productivity and profitability. It is also an essential part of channel partner strategy that will serve both your goals in the long run.

There are a lot of ways to motivate channel members. In fact, the internet provides countless of sources that offer tips and guidelines in proper and effective partner management. One of the most important tips you can follow is to understand the business relationship. As I’ve mentioned, these companies are separate from your own business. This is why it is important to clarify where everyone stands and then build and establish a partnership that makes sense for everyone involved.

‘Eating’ Local Culture—Experiences Outside Small Hotel

http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/oo141/weezieweezie23/BB/1292382766_7b4a6aa1af-1.jpg

I’m one of the many people who believe that a great way to experience and intimately familiarize oneself with a foreign country is through its local cuisine. You get to use majority of your senses—sight, smell, touch, taste. My friends call it cultural food porn; I firmly insist that it’s an out-of-this-world pigging out experience!

I recently went to Barbados with a couple of closest friends and we checked in a Barbados small hotel. I must say that our accommodations were more than extraordinary as it offered many different kinds of amenities as well as its own restaurant. My friends may have found the little nook to be convenient and satisfying, but I did not allow my taste buds to be limited to just one place (although their food was quite excellent, indeed).

And so, I constantly left our Barbados small hotel in search of my out-of-this-world pigging out experience. I am happy to say that I discovered authentic Bajan cuisine and fell instantly in love with it! The color, flavor, and texture were so intensely delightful that every bite sent me on gustatory overdrive.
Some of the best dishes I had were from the local restaurants and cheap eateries. The more upscale establishments had tasty versions of local food as well, but I think the Bajan taste was infused with international flavors, so I wasn’t entirely convinced that I was wolfing down a bowl of authetic Cou Cou.

And yes, my favorite food there is their national dish—the Cou Cou. The lady in one of the eateries happily informed me that it is easy to make. It consists of okra, corn meal and other easy-to-find ingredients in various supermarkets. The mashed potatoes-like dish is usually eaten with flying fish and beef stew. What I loved about it was its simplicity and heartiness.

The national dish pretty much reflects the island itself: simple, laidback and hearty. I highly recommend everyone to check in a Barbados small hotel and explore the island for a chance to experience a wonderful culture.

Software Rollout – Elearning Solutions

There are just a few elearning solutions companies that are able to provide real quality services for employee development. It can really be a painful process since trial and error is something that cannot be if the risks are too high. In the end, if the company chooses a an electronic learning solutions provider that is not able to comply with the high level of standards necessary to create good results, then such a decision could cause major losses.

This is what happened to our company a couple of years ago. We were really in need of an immediate answer to our problem and we decided that contracting an elearning solutions provider would be best, if not perhaps the only answer. The problem was that our company was in immediate need of new software training. There are perhaps only a few companies that are capable of the solution that we need. Researching was the hardest part since we did not try to go online first.

However, we finally chose to go online and found what appeared to be a great company called Intelladon that offered the exact services that we needed. It was easy enough to contact them and we met right away with their people. It turns out that they are capable of just the task we needed.

Our problem was that our old software for a business process, which I cannot name here, is no longer up to date. It was more than just that, it was suddenly made obsolete because of a change in the technology platform standard that was being used in the industry. And of course, such technological advancements, especially in the field of computer software development, move at such a break neck speed. Of course a company in that industry would have no choice but to keep up with the fast pace.

Going on an Affordable Barbados Travel

I’m not really a jetsetter and I’m not into the partying scene, but this Valentines, I swear to change all these boring perceptions about my personality. There’s no harm in being adventurous and spontaneous especially if it’s for a good cause of saving my marriage. So this Valentines, no matter how busy I am with work, I will spare some time to go on an affordable Barbados travel with my better half.

Hotel in Barbados

My husband and I have not been in good terms for the past few months, but our friends have no idea about our marital problems. It’s sick really because I feel like we are lying to everyone about how happy our life together has been all these years when in fact, we have both been empty majority of our time with each other. I don’t want to think about divorce as a viable option to solve this problem that’s why I’m doing everything to rekindle whatever passion or compassion we have for each other.

It was a good thing I found an affordable Barbados travel deal because I don’t want it to be another point if argument. I don’t want him to blame me for financial burdens because of the money we spent on the trip. Now that everything is settled and we are just waiting for the travel flight, I’m really hoping that nothing would take the plan and spin it around. I am trying to prevent having little and petty arguments with him by simply shutting my mouth every time he goes on a barrage of insults on how I manage our home, our kids, and my time between family and career. I really want this marriage to work to the point that I am willing to lose arguments and do everything that will make him stay. This trip to Barbados is exactly what we need to patch things between us.

My Future Lies in Elearning

http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/e-learning-12.jpg

A few months from now, I’ll be 26, a quarter of a century old. I don’t really care about the number that much or the wrinkles and age spots that come with the stupid biological time bomb. Come to think of it, I don’t really care about anything except for one thing probably – wasted time. Yes, I think I have wasted a whole 26 years of my existence doing nothing but sleepwalking through life.

But things weren’t like this a few years ago. I used to have a goal – to finish my graduate studies and live as an academic for the rest of my life. Somehow, I lost my mojo to continue it and well, there is also the need to work for money so I decided that my master’s degree should take a back seat. During my hiatus from graduate studies, I wondered aimlessly through the corporate clouds but the desire to go back to school has always been there.

Right now, I’m still in that same limbo state. Grey area is what they call it. I guess that only chance I have to go back to school again is if I could enroll in some elearning program related to my discipline. I’m planning to contact my University and inquire about their online courses since it would mean more work and requirement processing if I transfer to a different institution. I just hope I can make it before the registration period ends. So yeah. Technically, my future lies in my University’s elearning program. If they won’t accept me, I would not know how else I could finish my program.

If only I have the luxury of time and money, I would not have to settle for something with less interaction. I would want to relive the daily drives going to school, sitting inside the classroom, physically being present in a real moment with people in my class and not just a computer equipped with a face-to-face interaction elearning system.

FHA Housing Loans For First-Time Home Buyers and Those Drowning in Mortgage Debt

Having a home is not only an American dream. It is a basic right of every citizen in the country and every citizen must be given access to fulfill this basic right. The US government has been very vigilant in ensuring that enough measures are implemented to help everyone in the country acquire a home to call their own. Part of these measures is instituting the FHA housing loans programs.

The Federal Housing Authority has been giving help for low-income Americans to purchase homes legally since the depression period in the 1930s. The Authority has continued to provide insurance to lenders and extended assistance to thousands of Americans who dream of owning a home. Through this insurance, the Federal Housing Authority is able to assist those who are financially incapable to pay for skyrocketing down payments required in conventional private loan programs.

Through the assistance of the Federal Housing Authority, it would be easier for borrowers to qualify for loans. The insurance that the Authority would provide would limit a borrower's risk and would subsequently be instrumental to the approval of the mortgage.

Aside from the security and protection of the loan, borrowers would also benefit from other perks that the program brings like lower down payments and closing rates. Compared to conventional mortgage insurance programs, approved mortgages would require lower monthly payments, interest rates, and ultimately, preserve homeownership.

The FHA housing loans include, but is not exclusive to, helping first-time homebuyers purchase a home. In April, 2008, President Barrack Obama signed a tax credit to give assistance to first-time homebuyers. The government will give a tax credit amounting to $8,000 to American first-time homeowners who would qualify for this housing loan.

The Federal Housing Authority also serves to help fix problematic loans in the US. The recession that started to go full throttle in 2007 required the Federal Housing Authority to expand their program to give help to more American homeowners not only exclusively to first-time mortgage applicants. The year marked the official institution of the FHA-Secure, the mortgage refinancing program that aims to help homeowners who are sinking deeper into problematic mortgage debt.

FHA housing loans and mortgage refinance programs are viable solutions to put a cap on the rising housing crisis in the US. They do not only help thousands of Americans purchase a home in this time of the mortgage crisis, these fixes also give encouragement to lenders to approve and modify mortgage applications. Since the Federal Housing Authority insures the loans, lenders would suffer less of the blow when the loan goes problematic. Hence, it provides equal opportunities to both borrowers and lenders alike.

Are you looking to buy a home? Are you sinking deeper into your troubled mortgage? If your answer to these questions is a resounding yes, do not fret. Help is underway. The Federal Housing Authority is the best government agency to run to at this time of your hardship. It offers a viable solution to end your mortgage dilemma and fulfill your dream of having a home to call your own. It is a trump card to realize your American dream.

A computer graduate and loves to travel. Reading current news in the internet is one of his past times. Taking pictures of the things around him fully satisfies him. He loves to play badminton and his favorite pets are cats and walk with them in the park with some dogs.

Loan Modification Is Better Than Filing For Bankruptcy

Many people are in desperate need of help from their lenders in the form of a loan modification. The financial difficulties being faced by these homeowners are causing people to struggle or fail to make their mortgage payments.

With so many homeowners facing foreclosure or bankruptcy, borrowers are looking to their lender to help them modify their loan agreements. They are hopeful about getting some relief in the interest they are paying by having their interest rate, their principle or their monthly payments reduced.

Bankruptcy is a legal recourse a borrower takes when he can no longer pay his bills. Foreclosure is not always avoided when a homeowner files for bankruptcy, nor does the homeowner need to live in their home until the loan is paid off. It is much better to choose a loan modification whenever this option is available as opposed to choosing bankruptcy.

There are many reasons a loan modification is better than filing for bankruptcy:

As soon as your file for bankruptcy, you are powerless to do anything that will save your home. It is important that you know that filing for bankruptcy only keeps your creditors from calling you. Alternatively, if you are approved for a home loan modification you will continue to pay your loan, albeit slowly, and will eventually own your home.

Filing for bankruptcy will almost certainly damage your credit record and it is possible you will never qualify for a mortgage again or if you do qualify, the interest would make it unaffordable. Therefore the best option is to apply for a loan modification which enables you to regularly pay off your loan which will ultimately improve your credit rating.

A well planned loan modification may improve your chances of fixing your credit score. This will never happen if you file for bankruptcy and a bankruptcy will always show on your credit report. If you pay your loan regularly, meeting the terms of your newly modified loan, you will improve your score. Thinking about what options is the best for you, either bankruptcy or loan modification, it is obvious that a loan modification is better. Settling your debts will not damage your records, whereas defaulting on a loan will haunt you for the rest of your life, limiting future opportunities.
