There are just a few elearning solutions companies that are able to provide real quality services for employee development. It can really be a painful process since trial and error is something that cannot be if the risks are too high. In the end, if the company chooses a an electronic learning solutions provider that is not able to comply with the high level of standards necessary to create good results, then such a decision could cause major losses.
This is what happened to our company a couple of years ago. We were really in need of an immediate answer to our problem and we decided that contracting an elearning solutions provider would be best, if not perhaps the only answer. The problem was that our company was in immediate need of new software training. There are perhaps only a few companies that are capable of the solution that we need. Researching was the hardest part since we did not try to go online first.
However, we finally chose to go online and found what appeared to be a great company called Intelladon that offered the exact services that we needed. It was easy enough to contact them and we met right away with their people. It turns out that they are capable of just the task we needed.
Our problem was that our old software for a business process, which I cannot name here, is no longer up to date. It was more than just that, it was suddenly made obsolete because of a change in the technology platform standard that was being used in the industry. And of course, such technological advancements, especially in the field of computer software development, move at such a break neck speed. Of course a company in that industry would have no choice but to keep up with the fast pace.
